We stayed in October before our friend’s wedding in the backwaters. Beautiful hotel, such a relaxing escape. We ate at the restaurant most nights because it was so delicious. The staff deserves a special mention because they made us feel right at home, went above and beyond. Will definitely return next time were in Kerala.
Fantastic property, location, spa etc. The luxury room that we booked was a little small. Should have booked a bigger room. Excellent restaurants and food on the property. Lots of activities for tourists including a boat ride in the harbor at sunset.
What an amazing stay! We had a beautiful family getaway at the Taj Malabar. The scenery and the serenity was amazingly good but what tops up the whole experience is the staff, management as well as the quality of food and ambience. The rooms and linen were always spic and span and the view from the room we had was truly awesome. Overall we had a great time. Could not have asked for more. Will go again someday soon.
The staff in the kitchen and the room service are really courteous. The location is unique as it's opposite to a harbour, sometimes it feels like you are watching a busy place from a distance. They have a 45 minutes boat ride every evening which is quite good.
Absolutely loved our stay here. The food, the service, the views, the vibes - everything was excellent. Special shoutout to Elizabeth, who made our stay truly memorable. Hope to be back!
